Terms of rental

Rental Conditions
- The rental will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit in an amount equal to 40% of total rental
- A second deposit of 40% must be paid no later than 20 days before arrival in the case of a booking for more than three rooms
- The balance of 60% (20%) will be paid by bank transfer before arrival on site or Riad in cash (euros or dirhams) because we do not have a card terminal.

Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the initial deposit.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit of 40% you can not be returned.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: two installments for a total of 80% you will not be returned.
- Cancellation on the spot: the balance must be paid, no refund will be possible.

- In all cases, the Company Riad El Grably can then offer the customer on a case by case, a partial or total, depending on actual filling of the riad with dates originally planned by the client.
